Innovations - Our Global Science Centre drives industry-leading innovations. Recent product innovations include RADAR, Lumnia, RapidPro and our range of Signature products with anti-bacterial surfaces and no-touch options for washroom facilities. We continue to look at ways to reduce energy and water use through our products.
Service Quality - We measure customer satisfaction through our Trustpilot reviews, direct feedback to frontline colleagues and through regular contact with our clients, making sure we are delivering a consistent and high quality service to our customers. We also ask every colleague in the business every two years to tell us their ideas for how we can improve our service in our 'Your Voice Counts' survey.
Care - We care for our communities by delivering a safe and sustainable service that enhances lives. Colleagues that show care to their customers are recognised and act as role models in our people-driven business. Our colleagues are constantly raising funds for our chosen charity, Malaria No More, to help in the fight against one of the deadliest diseases this planet has seen.
