We offer a range of specialist damp services to our customers, improving the safety and appearance of premises and returning those premises back to a normal state.

Wood Rot

There are lots of causes for rot to occur in premises, which is why it's so common in our ever-changing weather conditions! We inform our customers and treat their problem areas.

Woodworm

These hungry worms can do a surprising amount of damage if left to their own devices! Our lucky customers receive a guarantee for 20 years with our woodworm treatments.

Our job vacancies in Peter Cox

Sales Surveyor

Peter Cox requires Sales Surveyors who are trained to survey properties of any type and suggest the right solution for the customer. If you work for us as a Sales Surveyor, we will commit to six weeks of Sales Academy training when you start as well as providing you with the property expertise you'll need.

Joiner

Unlike other businesses within the group, Peter Cox requires specialist Joiners to carry out the advisory work from our surveys. This role is field-based with a variety of job length and different types of working environments to visit.

Customer Service Agent

Our Customer Service Agents work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to our customers in our UK offices as a first point of contact and tasked with escalating or resolving issues. People who do well in this role are hardworking, chatty and confident when speaking to customers over the phone.

Graduate scheme

Peter Cox loves to hire graduates and expose them to the daily challenges that we face in the property care industry. We consider hiring graduates into technical or sales positions, both of which have structured progression and promotion opportunities if you prove yourself in our business!

Our Apprenticeship Programme

At Rentokil Initial, we love to learn. We are constantly running a variety of training courses, including our twelve-month customer service apprenticeship programme. We award over 100 NVQ level 2 qualifications in customer service each year to our colleagues who learn in a variety of ways - in the field, in the classroom and through eLearning.

Don't worry - you are given plenty of support by a selected mentor and our training team, guiding you through the learning process. Our learning environment is also constantly being audited by Ofsted, the UK's education standards authority.
