Commercial Kitchen Services

When you visit a pub or restaurant, you might wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchens behind closed doors. We survey and carry out deep cleans to remove the grease and dirt that could lead to less than healthy food being served.

Specialist Disinfection Services

We also have many services tailored towards the public sector, whether it be in the healthcare sector or cleaning prison cells. We even respond to international crises, such as the disinfection of places affected by the Coronavirus.

Hygiene Technician

Our Specialist Hygiene Technicians are the face of Rentokil Specialist Hygiene, reassuring residential customers and business clients about their urgent issues. To carry out this job, you must have a strong stomach - you could be dealing with sewage, messy crime scenes and bodily fluids.

Sales Consultant

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene has Sales Consultants based all across the UK. You will be selling both one-off services and service contracts to businesses with some dramatic situations and sites thrown in. You will receive six weeks' Sales Academy training to make sure you make the best possible start to your career with us.

Customer Service Agent

Our Customer Service Agents work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to our customers in our UK offices as a first point of contact and tasked with escalating or resolving issues. People who do well in this role are hardworking, chatty and confident when speaking to customers over the phone.

Graduate scheme

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene's graduate scheme allows you to learn and develop quickly, exposing you to a fast-paced environment in a sales position. With a four-tier grading system, you will have the opportunity for automatic promotion, based on your performance, and opportunities for further progression. Our Apprenticeship Programme

At Rentokil Initial, we love to learn. We are constantly running a variety of training courses, including our twelve-month customer service apprenticeship programme. We award over 100 NVQ level 2 qualifications in customer service each year to our colleagues who learn in a variety of ways - in the field, in the classroom and through eLearning.

Don't worry - you are given plenty of support by a selected mentor and our training team, guiding you through the learning process. Our learning environment is also constantly being audited by Ofsted, the UK's education standards authority.
