Describe your recruitment process with Rentokil Initial.

"The recruitment process was really straight forward. I came across the job advert on the career website but I had little knowledge of pest control prior to applying so the website was really useful in finding this information. I attended a graduate assessment day, although this can be a daunting experience, I was made to feel very comfortable. This was followed by a field taster day which was a great opportunity to get a taste of the role prior to being offered the position."
