Unlike other businesses within the group, Rentokil Property Care requires specialist Joiners to carry out the advisory work from our surveys. This role is field-based with a variety of job length and different types of working environments to visit.
Our Customer Service Agents work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to our customers in our UK offices as a first point of contact and tasked with escalating or resolving issues. People who do well in this role are hardworking, chatty and confident when speaking to customers over the phone.

At Rentokil Initial, we love to learn. We are constantly running a variety of training courses, including our twelve-month customer service apprenticeship programme. We award over 100 NVQ level 2 qualifications in customer service each year to our colleagues who learn in a variety of ways - in the field, in the classroom and through eLearning.
