What’s it like in the real world?

  • At Rentokil Initial we are all about performance. We firmly believe that the more you put into a job the more opportunities there are for you to earn above your basic salary and to progress within the company. Being performance based, line managers do expect technicians to put in a full days work and performance is measured and monitored throughout the year. We like to recognise success and we have formal and informal processes in place to help you with your development.
  • Our customers expect the best. Many of the visits we carry out are planned ‘routine’ calls but when a customer has an issue, they expect a rapid response. You will need to take this in your stride, resolve the issue and then get back on track with your planned visits.
