Our Pest Control Services

Crawling Insects

Only a few crawling insects are regarded as pests, including ants, bed begs, spiders, cockroaches, and fleas. Our technicians help businesses and homes prevent these crawlers from entering and remove any nests inside their properties.

Flying Insects

Common flying insects that we are called for include flies, wasps, mosquitoes and midges. Each insect has its own peak season, meaning our pest control technicians have different types of demands, dependent on the time of year.

Rodents

We specialise in servicing larger pest problems with targeted solutions for rodents. Rodents require more of our expertise and problem solving qualities than other pests because of their relative intelligence and to other pests and their cautious nature.

Pest Control Technician

Our Pest Control Technicians are the face of the business, travelling to residential customers or business clients to deliver our expert pest control services. You get to see behind-the-scenes in some weird and wonderful sites, often with a unique problem to solve.

Sales Surveyor

Rentokil Pest Control requires a sales outfit who are trained to survey potential pest issues and be able to offer the best service for the client. If you work for us as a Sales Surveyor, we will commit to providing you with the knowledge of our pest control technicians, as well as the best sales training in the industry.

Customer Service Agent

Our Customer Service Agents work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to our customers in our UK offices as a first point of contact and tasked with escalating or resolving issues. People who do well in this role are hardworking, chatty and confident when speaking to customers over the phone.

Our Apprenticeship Programme

At Rentokil Initial, we love to learn. We are constantly running a variety of training courses, including our twelve-month customer service apprenticeship programme. We award over 100 NVQ level 2 qualifications in customer service each year to our colleagues who learn in a variety of ways - in the field, in the classroom and through eLearning. 

Don't worry - you are given plenty of support by a selected mentor and our training team, guiding you through the learning process. Our learning environment is also constantly being audited by Ofsted, the UK's education standards authority.
