Clinical waste

Legislation in a number of industries require clinical waste to be disposed of in a controlled way. We specialise in the transport and recovery of such clinical waste.

Dental waste

You might see our disposal bins in many dental practices across the UK. We remove dangerous substances like amalgam and recycle 100% of the recyclable dental waste collected.

Sharps Disposal

Keeping staff and customers from getting cut by sharp materials whilst in your business is, needless to say, vital. Our prime concern is removing these items in as safe a way a possible.

Sales Executive

Initial Medical is always looking to hire talented sales people across the UK, selling contracts based on the importance of following hazardous waste legislation. To start, we provide you with six weeks of the best sales training in the industry, a good basic and a ludicrous uncapped commission scheme!

Service Driver

Our multi-drop Service Drivers love the high levels of customer contact in their job, building long-lasting relationships with their customers! Because of the hazardous nature of the materials you deal with, following strict health and safety procedures is important. This won't faze you if you are right for this job and you'll enjoy the freedom of your job!

Graduate scheme

Initial Medical loves to hire graduates and teach them the ins and outs of our industry, providing a structured grading path in operations and sales. The daily responsibilities will take you to lots of interesting and exciting places!

Customer Service Agent

Our Customer Service Agents work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to our customers in our UK offices as a first point of contact and tasked with escalating or resolving issues. People who do well in this role are hardworking, chatty and confident when speaking to customers over the phone.

Our Apprenticeship Programme

At Rentokil Initial, we love to learn. We are constantly running a variety of training courses, including our twelve-month customer service apprenticeship programme. We award over 100 NVQ level 2 qualifications in customer service each year to our colleagues who learn in a variety of ways - in the field, in the classroom and through eLearning. 

Don't worry - you are given plenty of support by a selected mentor and our training team, guiding you through the learning process. Our learning environment is also constantly being audited by Ofsted, the UK's education standards authority.
