You’ll lead the planting of interior schemes and green walls, working within a friendly team in a busy, fast-paced environment. This active role is perfect if you have a passion for horticulture and a service-focused approach.

Grounds Maintenance Operative

Our Grounds Maintenance Operatives are essential to keeping our customers' outdoor spaces safe and healthy. You’ll use professional equipment for everything from hedge cutting to soft landscaping. This role is perfect for a team player who loves working outdoors in all weathers to make a great first impression.

Graduate Scheme

Our graduate scheme allows you to learn the industry from the ground up. You will spend your first year as an Interior Technician before having the option to progress into sales, supervisory, or management roles. You’ll maintain live and artificial displays for our customers while earning professional accreditations.
