Sales Surveyor
- Field sales position, surveying properties and selling pest control services and products
- Follow up leads and enquiries, develop any new business, maintain existing customer
relations - Survey clients premises and come up with bespoke plans suitable for each customer
- Build relationships with customers and see deals to completion

Key Account Manager
This role focuses on account management and development, working closely with local
teams to drive profitable growth within a sustainable portfolio by:
- New business development
- Upselling to our customers
- Account managing a portfolio of customers
- Customer visits
- Bids and tendering to customers
Specialist Sales Consultant
In this role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Construction,F.M, Architect, QS and other sectors by:
- Delivering customer presentations, running seminars, target marketing and attending occasional business expos
- To train Sales staff in all aspects of Specialist Services Work
- Identifying new business opportunities, surveying customer properties, costing jobs, report writing, preparing risk assessments, writing method statements and preparing quotes to customers
- Liaising with Service Managers and acting as a bridge between sales and service
