A structured start - Each and every part of the business provides you with an induction programme when you join that introduces you to Rentokil Initial and guides you through the first few weeks of your career with us.
Support network - Once you have completed your induction programme, you will receive a phenominal amount of support from both your line manager and your colleagues to help you grasp your responsibilities as you take ownership of what career path you'd like to follow with us.
Academy training - Our Technical and Sales Academies provide you with the knowledge to make you experts, the techniques to cope with difficult or demanding situations and the confidence to own your job role. This isn't for three months, this is ongoing as they prepare you for any new job roles you encounter.
Future plans - In a few years time, you may need a different kind of support from us. That's why we've developed Aspiring managerial and technical courses and higher level apprenticeships.
