• What do you do all day? - I work really hard!! I have previously been in Sales Management for Initial Washroom Hygiene where I developed and managed a team of 10 Sales Consultants. This included driving sales & KPIs, visiting customers and interacting with many departments and divisions. I am now responsible for the training and for giving wider support to all of our new Sales Consultants who join Initial Washroom Hygiene. You will often see me in the field taking our training out of the classroom to make sure our new colleagues reach their potential.

  • What training did you receive when you joined Rentokil Initial? - I received a six-week Sales Academy training course, which involved classroom training and time in the field with my manager and other colleagues. I have since been involved in a number of other training initiatives with the company.

  • Talk us through your career so far - I started as an Area Sales Manager for the Belfast branch, Northern Ireland. After a string of successful results I was given the opportunity to manage a much larger team in our Brentford branch, London. In 2018, I applied for the vacant Head of Sales Academy position for Initial Washroom Hygiene, which I got! I'm currently loving my job!

  • Where do you want to go from here? - I would love Initial Washroom Hygiene Operations Director, Brian Lynggaard's job!! I honestly believe in this company that the sky is the limit in terms of progression.

  • What makes you a Rentokil Initial person? - I really believe in our values and I want to make these happen - protecting people and enhancing lives. I am genuinely proud to work for this company!

  • What advice would you give to Sales Consultants joining the business? - Don't miss this opportunity. Rentokil Initial is a genuine, family-feel company that offers massive opportunities and wants more than anything for you to be successful. If you have the drive to succeed, we have the expertise to teach and develop your current skills - who knows, you might even run the company some day.
