What do you do all day? - When I joined as a Service Driver for Initial Washroom Hygiene, I travelled across the South-West, servicing our washroom products. I now plan routes for and brief/debrief a team of Service Drivers, keeping vehicle servicing updated. I still get out of the office as well, spending time in the field with the Service Drivers and assessing their performance. I also cover driving routes from time to time.

Talk us through your career so far - During five years with Rentokil Initial, I have progressed from a Level 1 Service Driver to Level 2 and then onto a Service Team Leader. I received training courses to prepare me for managing people, called 'Train the Trainer' which I passed. I have also attended three 'Guild of Technicians' events as a reward for my strong performance against objectives alongside other top performing colleagues like me!

What makes you a Rentokil Initial person? - I have the ability to plan and adapt to each and every situation. I carry out individual tasks as well as tasks alongside my colleagues. It's really important when working for Rentokil Initial to understand customers' needs and care about satisfying those needs. It also helps that I have a good sense of humour!
