Meet the Recruitment Team
Danielle Haddow
Recruitment Team Leader
Dani joined RI in Dec 2015 was promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2016 and more recently has become the Recruitment Team Leader. Dani has worked in internal and agency recruitment for various businesses and industries. Dani now manages the recruitment team and recruits for our Head Office, Call Centre and Shared Services team.
Outside of work
Danielle enjoys spending time with family and friends and in her words 'eating, drinking and being merry'! She also likes to keep fit and enjoys taking her pups Cash, Flo and Joni on lots of fun walks in the beautiful Scottish countryside.

Neil Philp
Recruiter
Neil also joined us in December 2015. He previously worked tirelessly getting the unemployed back into work by offering support and guidance and his expertise so was the perfect candidate to join our team. Neil is now our go to person for any Peter Cox, Property Care & Rentokil Specialist Hygiene roles.
Outside of work
Neil’s hobbies include going to the gym, football, keeping fit and spending time with friends and family. Neil is also a big music fan who sings and plays guitar.

Scott Coupland
Recruiter
Scott joined us in March 2016 after being recommended by Neil. Not because they worked together but because he was Neil's best man at his wedding! Luckily for us Scott is great at recruiting too! Scott is our expert in anything Pest Control related.
Outside of work
Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is enjoying watching his daughter Aria growing up.

Patrick Over
Recruiter
Our Paddy moved from an agency based recruitment role to start his career with Rentokil in April 2016. He has quickly integrated into the team and plays a pivotal role in the recruitment for Initial Washrooms, Initial Medical & Ambius in the south of the UK.
Outside of work
Patrick is an avid sport fan so will often spend his free time playing or watching Tennis, Football and Rugby. When he can, he hits the slopes for some adrenaline-fuelled fun.

Reah Cuming
Recruiter
Reah joined us in June 2016 and our lives changed for the better! Reah previously worked in banking supporting the recruitment process and now she manages it! Reah recruits for our Pest Control roles in the challenging area of Central London and South East.
Outside of work
Reah enjoys taking her black labradoodle 'Angus' (proper Scottish name) on regular walks in 'cool' places. She is also an avid reader and her favourite book is Alice in Wonderland.

Matthew Smyth
Recruiter
Matthew joined us in December 2016 and worked previously in banking and agency recruitment as has a wealth of experience. Matt has spent his time getting to know the businesses he recruits for and is constantly looking for that 'Star' candidate for these businesses, they are Ambius, Initial Medical & Initial Washrooms.
Outside of work
Recently married, Matt is starting out on this new adventure with his husband. And when he has time he enjoys spending time with his family who are all really close, especially his young nieces and nephews. He also likes to spend time with his friends having cocktails in the city!

Shabana Dolan Osborne
Recruiter
The newest member of our team, Shabana joined us as a Recruitment Administrator and had already made the move to Recruitment Assistant supporting our Initial businesses.
Outside of work
Shabana is the proud mother to two beautiful girls, a baby boy and her dog Bella. In her spare time (do you have any spare time with 3 kids) Shabana loves socialising with her friends over a prosecco or two.

Clare Watters
Administrator
Clare joined us in Dec 2017 and has been a huge help to our team. Clare has a vast background in all things recruitment from working in agencies to helping people back to work through Welfare-to-Work. Clare supports the whole recruitment team and keeps us all organised - a hard job but someone's got to do it.
Outside of work
Clare loves all life's furry friends and in her spare time is passionate about dog training. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and a husband at home Clare has her work cut out for her.
