Our Graduate Programme
At Rentokil Initial we operate a number of graduate programmes across all of our businesses. Our programmes can last up to 3 years and you can join us either as an operational or a sales graduate where you will work initially as a front line colleague, learning the business and receiving industry standard training, ad hoc project work before moving into a team leader or management position.
