Pay for our Sales Team

Pay and Grading

“Upper quartile pay for upper quartile performance” Our businesses offer competitive basic salaries supported by clear and transparent grading structures. The annual grading process enables colleagues to progress through the grades, increasing basic pay based on individual performance meaning that after 3 years basic pay could increase by up to 25%!”

Variable Pay

Commissions – We offer competitive commission and bonus schemes with clear criteria where sales colleagues earn on average 50% over their salaries in variable pay. Whilst our top performers are taking home closer to 75% of salaries. Best thing is that the better you perform the more you can take home.

 

Consistency Bonus – The company wants you to consistently achieve your sales targets and if you do this then we have bonus schemes in place where you can earn up to an additional £300 per month.

 

Speed Lead Commissions – Networking with your sales colleagues is very important to our business and doing this helps identify business opportunities. Colleague earn up to 5% of a sale value if they share information (sales lead) to a colleague which helps secure a sale. Top performers in 2015 took home an extra 5% of salary through with lead submission.

 

Enhanced Holiday Pay – As well as contractual holidays RI also pay an average of variable pay during holiday periods so everyone is encouraged to take their holidays – this means that on average an extra circa 8% paid annually on variable pay.

Pay and Grading

In addition average variable pay levels for Service team members are on average circa 20% of salary with our upper quartile performers at circa 35%.

Variable Pay

Overtime / Call Outs / Bank Holidays – It’s important that we can service our customers and react to their needs – that means there are times that we need to work additional hours. As such we pay a competitive overtime rate, will pay you if you are called out of hours and you even get a day off in lieu if you work a bank holiday…

 

Lead Commission – Part of the service role is to give the customers the best service and advice possible. If a service colleague identifies a business opportunity which is then sold then they earn a % of that sale. Just for doing their job!

CVC Perfect 10’s and 10 out of 10’s – Customer feedback is really important to us and when a customer personally mentions a colleague and scores them 10/10 for their work, then we like to recognise this. If you receive 10/10 and are personally named by our customers then we will credit £50 to your reward account for doing an outstanding job. Even if you don’t get a personal mention you still get recognised with a £10 credit to your personal reward account! That way you can save the rewards you earn to spend when you want to! We make OVER 1000 Customer Service Calls PER MONTH which means we award over £150k PER ANNUM to colleagues who give great services!

Reccomend a Friend

We know that our colleagues want to do the best job that they can and that’s why we operate a recommend a friend scheme where all colleagues can recommend their friends to come and work for us across any of our businesses.

If a colleague recommends someone they know who will work hard and deliver great customer service they can earn £500. We strongly believe that you will not recommend someone unless you think they will do a job good and over 20% of our colleagues have joined the business through this scheme.
