Pay and Grading
“Upper quartile pay for upper quartile performance” Our businesses offer competitive basic salaries supported by clear and transparent grading structures. The annual grading process enables colleagues to progress through the grades, increasing basic pay based on individual performance meaning that after 3 years basic pay could increase by up to 25%
In addition average variable pay levels for Service team members are on average circa 20% of salary with our upper quartile performers at circa 35%.
Overtime / Call Outs / Bank Holidays – It’s important that we can service our customers and react to their needs – that means there are times that we need to work additional hours. As such we pay a competitive overtime rate, will pay you if you are called out of hours and you even get a day off in lieu if you work a bank holiday…
Lead Commission – Part of the service role is to give the customers the best service and advice possible. If a service colleague identifies a business opportunity which is then sold then they earn a % of that sale. Just for doing their job!
Holiday Pay – As well as contractual holidays RI also pay an average of variable pay during holiday periods so everyone is encouraged to take their holidays – this means that on average an extra 8% paid annually on variable pay.
CVC Perfect 10’s and 10 out of 10’s – Customer feedback is really important to us and when a customer personally mentions a colleague and scores them 10/10 for their work, then we like to recognise this. If you receive 10/10 and are personally named by our customers then we will credit £50 to your reward account for doing an outstanding job. Even if you don’t get a personal mention you still get recognised with a £10 credit to your personal reward account! That way you can save the rewards you earn to spend when you want to! We make OVER 1000 Customer Service Calls PER MONTH which means we award over £150k PER ANNUM to colleagues who give great services!
