On the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, Richard Burrows was appointed a director on 14 January 2008 and William Rucker was appointed a director on 15 February 2008 and under the company’s articles of association will offer themselves for re-appointment at the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2008. Neither Richard Burrows nor William Rucker has a service contract with the Company.
